Overview
Carole Husseini joined the firm in 2018. As an experienced litigator, she is intimately familiar with the Lebanese local court system and handles disputes in the areas of civil and commercial contracts, corporate/M&A and labor law.

She routinely assists family-owned companies in corporate governance and works closely with the executive management departments of large Lebanese and international corporations on issues pertaining to regulatory compliance, policies and deal structuring.

Prior to joining Hage-Chahine Law Firm, she worked extensively on the overhaul of the contracts of major banks in Lebanon and was a Legal Advisor for the Lebanese Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (LALAC) whose aim is to inform citizens about their legal rights and to encourage victims and witnesses to take action against cases of corruption.

She holds a Master 2 in Private and Business Law with a focus on Arbitration and a LL.B. from Saint-Joseph University.

She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
